CPA test and Date #1

Luke is amazing! He passed all four CPA tests on his first try (which if you are not familiar with the CPA tests, most people have to take at least one of the sections more than once to pass). So Mr. Smart Pants did an incredible job. To celebrate I planned 4 dates that correlate with the exam titles. We went on the first one today.

Exam: Tax

Date: Body Worlds Vital exhibit at the Tech Museum in downtown San Jose to see "tax"-idermy bodies.

It was amazing to see and reminded me of how intricate and wonderful our bodies are. I loved my anatomy lab at BYU and this was really neat to see this exhibit.

Here is Luke posing like the man on the banner outside the museum :)

Fun with cousins!

Luke's mom and Shawnelle and the kids came out to spend some time with us last week since Luke has been working long and late hours. We went to a kids zoo/park (which is so great!) and to a museum in San Jose while they were here as well as lots of playing at our house. I'm glad that Kaden and Cache have been able to see their cousins a lot lately!

Kade and a little pony.

All the cousins (except little Hunter who will arrive in July!)

We rented a book from the library about a zoo and there is a train there, so when Kade found our we were going to the zoo he was really excited to ride the train. Luckily there was this dragon train so we went on a ride. His face was so darling and excited when the train went through a tunnel. What more could a little boy ask for?

I was going to sit with Kaden and Grandma in this car but Kade kicked me out and just wanted to ride with Grandma.

Shawnelle, Ryder, Sharlee and Kaia

Cache and Mommy. He had his four month check-up and is a solid 17 pounds and 26.75 inches. Kade was almost 19 pounds and 26.5 inches at 4 months. We love our chubby baby boys!

New double stroller

We sold our single stroller and have a new Sit N Stand double stroller. To say I love it is an understatement. It is awesome and has all sorts of options for using the carseat, sitting in the stroller or letting Kade stand with one of the seats removed. This is our first walk--an outing to the park.

Kaden also loves the box which is his house! He told me it was too dark but we solved that problem with a flashlight and he has spent lots of time in there since then. He is saying "Ta-da" in this picture :)
